Ultimately, we have priority entry to investment and development opportunities and have direct access to substantial capital. The team at Castlebrooke have an outstanding record in development and urban regeneration. Our team has developed and financed over £5bn of real estate development and has a reputation for transforming urban landscapes. We have longstanding relationships with global institutions and industry specialists and seek to work with them and local and national public sector bodies to facilitate a clear path from planning to practical completion.

We provide a comprehensive asset management service from individual assets to large scale portfolios. We build and maintain relationships with occupiers and administer asset level plans to optimise efficiency and drive returns.

The team at Castlebrooke have a thorough understanding of the property market through a range of skills in property, corporate structuring and debt and equity financing. We have a ‘boutique’ of capital at our disposal that allows us to be flexible, innovative and fast moving in our deal-making.
